Game Insight on their Airport City: free to fly game running on the Facebook platform has ripoff thousands of users worldwide. Update: What do we know? GI re-started many of our accounts in AC to level 1. This is achieved by activating a bit in the program of each AC account. GI states that the affected accounts ALLEGEDLY violated its policy of anti-cheat. We know that not all involved in a ilegal advantage were affected. We also know that not all those affected, used illegal advantage. An alleged Shuan Clark complained to GI illegal actions of other users, although it has been shown that he was not the only one (a group of players next to Shuan subjected the same claim). His reason was that some players that belong to support groups bragged, and began publishing screen shots of their airport, which reflected their levels, stars, passengers, bonuses, fuel, coins, cash, chests and storage. For them it was impossible to reach by common methods. Affected players who re-started the game from level 1 and advance to other levels, only to be returned to Level 1 the next day. (GI forgot to remove the RESET bit of the affected accounts, and when the server cycled after 24 hours {as all servers do}, they returned back to level 1). Many players at high levels (including myself), playing in his lifetime (5 years), sometimes bought with money cash, coins and other stuff or from bank accounts, credit cards or PayPal accounts. To advance or expand their AC. Other players, did not need to do so (good for them, because they would have lost their investment with this action by GI). What is being done: Initially claims were made directly to GI support team and AC game support. Their response has been overwhelmingly uncompromising, and stand by in its decision no turning back. Every programmer knows that after a change, if it interferes with other aspects of programming, it is removed and restores to the date and time before the change was made. Therefore the effect fades and becomes transparent (as if it never happened). Others claim to reestablish the AC would take too long, also false as explained above. Action Step: Everyone, absolutely everyone affected (and unaffected who wants to join) must make one or more (best, Ive already 3) claims to support GI and AC game support team. If we flood the support computer GI and AC with claims, it will crash, they will not have enough staff and we will create chaos. We all have to file a complaint at Facebook and denounce GI and AC. GI uses the Facebook platform to access and disseminate their games. Tey are partners, Facebook does not need a partner with so many claims on their social platform. We must put pressure on Facebook for GI to be removed from your social platform or to comply with our demands, otherwise we will cancel all of our Facebook accounts. In another aside, who at some point bought in AC coins, green or articles, you will notice that these purchases were forward to Facebook (not GI or AC). So it is Facebook as an entity which is obligated to return the money. What do you think is going to happen? if we computer flood Facebook with complaints for ourmoney back? Right; Facebook will call a GI to chapter for such claims. Facebook will require GI resolve the matter. It is important to retrieve your purchases transactions and confront Facebook with money return claims made to GI for AC, and demand the return of our money, or the reinstatement of our advance in the game, since these purchases were in fact to advance in the game. If this progress was lost, therefore they are legally bound to return the money or refund our progress in the game. Contact your bank and retrieve all your shopping transactions for AC and make a fraud claim with your financial institution for money back. Your bank (in my case PayPal) will forward the claimed to Facebook (who collect) their intention to return. Facebook in turn will call GI to chapter concerning these complaints, but this time the claim is done by a banking entity. Create a Biocot worldwide against GI. Which already underway, we need to be vocal and forceful in this action. We cannot play any of their games. Use all available tools to denounce GI, walls, support groups, press. I didnt expect a free ride and I definitely think they deserve to make money off this game. However, after spending a total of $15 in one evening (in $5 increments each), its become clear to me that there is no way to achieve higher levels of game play without spending a ridiculous amount of money. Other games like this give the option to either take longer to achieve further levels without spending a lot of money or you can spend whatever you choose and access higher levels sooner. This game is NOT like that. Its fun to play but there is no way to pass certain levels of gameplay without purchasing coins and dollar bills. What a racket. What a rip off. They ought to be ashamed.

Dont waste your time with this game, its addicting but impossible to advance without spending a lot of money, would prefer it as a flat fee game

I appreciate the need for developers to make money, but this game takes it too far. Once youve finally saved (or bought) enough coins for an upgrade, youll then be told that you can use the upgrade until you acquire from flights (or buy for more $) whatever ridiculous items are "required" to apply the upgrade you just "purchased". I really wanted to like this game, but there is freemium gaming and there is bait & switch. This is the latter. Deleting the app after this review.

Just to pass time by but sometimes I feel like for what you spend, you should get a little more. Maybe get a free piece of land or something.
